One-on-One

What are your favorite places to study, hang out, and relax?
Laying on the quad, studying at the Main and Undergraduate libraries, hanging out at the Courtyard Café and the Union.

What clubs or organizations on campus are you involved with?
I am a member of AIESEC. AIESEC is an organization that provides students with opportunities to grow personally and professionally through a variety of internships all over the world. AIESEC also educates students about different cultures and encourages students to cooperate with each other. I am also a member of Dance2XS Caliente, which is a Latin dance team.

Why and how did you choose your major?
I have always been interested in politics because it influences many aspects of everyday life.

Describe your most memorable experience at Illinois.
Having dinners and amazing conversations with more than 20 people from all over the world.

What is your advice to prospective students?
Don’t be overwhelmed. It’s a big school, but try not to live only within a little, secure circle; explore, learn and live.
